Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated based on the distance from our headquarters in Cavan Town, County Cavan, to your delivery address. The delivery fee will be displayed during the checkout process, allowing you to review it before completing your purchase.

Once your order is confirmed and the 50% non-refundable deposit is received, our team will initiate the delivery process. Returns Policy

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a cabin with manufacturing defects or damages incurred during shipping, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the product. Provide detailed information and photographs of the issues. We will work to resolve the matter promptly, either by arranging for repairs or sending a replacement.
Returns Process
