Delivery Times

IE NATION WIDE (Standard):  8-12 weeks

The delivery time frames as stated in our delivery page are approximate. Products will only be sent to the delivery address provided we receive a deposit or a full payment. Once your order has arrived in our warehouse a member of our team will contact you to arrange a drop off time and discuss a time that suits to start assembly.

Should our stock levels be incorrect and an item from your order is out of stock, we will email you to offer a refund for the item or the opportunity to replace it for another of the same value.

Cancelling Orders

After submitting an order and receiving email confirmation of its receipt, you can still cancel your order providing you have not received an email notifying you it has been dispatched. Please send an email to: cosycabins.information@gmail.comwith ‘URGENT CANCELLATION’ in the subject line.

Be sure all relevant details in the cancellation email, including:

Your name.

Products ordered.

Your order number.

Your address and contact telephone number.



The deposit of the price agreed on the Sales Order shall be paid before processing. The deposit is non-refundable. On receipt of the deposit and the signed Sales Order the supplier will take the steps to supply the goods ordered. Customer by paying deposit automatically agrees with our T&C.

Any payments on account by the customer to the supplier may be set off by the supplier against any liability, costs or expenses incurred by the supplier in complying with the Sales Order in the event that the customer should breach the contract.

The deposit noted on the Sales Order shall be paid with the delivery of the signed Sales Order. This is non-refundable. The other payment modalities may be confirmed on the Sales Order signed by the supplier. A further installment of the balance payment on the price may fall due for payment on the delivery day. Failure to do so will result in the return of the product to our depot.

We accept cash or card or bank transfer for deposit only. For balances greater than €5000 a bank transfer only.


If any complications arise, the customer will be informed of any delays.
